After finishing his time as a Teacher in Secondary Education.

Paul marketed and facilitated Self Improvement and Sales workshops for leading International Speakers within Australia.

Based in Australia Paul has been invited to speak and train on four Continents for the past  30 years including ANZ, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa and the United States.

He has an online Appreciation/Marketing system operating in several countries with 500 distributors. For an agreed period Paul was the Business Partner with International Sports star Ryan Girdler to help set up Ryan’s retail/wholesale

distribution of Girdlers Signature blend to Cafes/restaurants throughout Sydney.

Paul has written and facilitated over 40 Leadership and Self Development and Sales training workshops. Became a skilled outdoorsman running outdoor training programs for companies surrounding the Asia Pacific rim.

Created and ran major successful Travel Industry Sales Training Program in South Africa. Facilitated the successful resolution for and International Pharmaceutical company at their Singaporean Summit with their 88 leading medical science personnel from 44 countries.

Created the highly acclaimed Indoor Simulation You Can Change Your DNA. Worked with Camp Quality to change the culture and strategy into one that worked with “children and their families living with cancer” and invited to serve as a Board Director for several years.

Authored his first book and published in 2014.

Married to Annemarie, together they have four children and eight grandchildren.
